At the end of whitening program at the dental office, dental hygienist will direct you to the home care process after whitening teeth such as which toothpaste you should use, limit the use of color food like: red wine, coffee , tea … It takes 1 hours to do whitening at the office.

2. Teeth Whitening at home

How to use AT – HOME WHITENING KIT?

1. Use a soft toothbrush to remove any   debris left on your teeth			2. Express one continuous bead of gel approximately halfway up the facial side of the tray from molar to molar. This should use about 1/2 to 1/3 of a syringe per tray

3. Insert the tray in your mouth and lightly tap it to adapt the sides to your teeth			4. Remove tray and use a finger or soft toothbrush to clean any excess gel off your  teeth. Rinse your mouth twice being sure not to swallow rinsed gel

5. Wear time you use 2 –  4 hours			6. Clean tray with soft brush and cool  tap water
